Formerly a sugar refinery, this segmented factory–originally built it 1897 – will be renovated into new commercial office space. Located directly on the east river in DUMBO, the property captures breathtaking views of Manhattan, the Brooklyn bridge, and the Manhattan Bridge. Inversely, 10 Jay’s intricately designed, crystalline-inspired all-glass façade will be uniquely recognizable among the Brooklyn skyline, glimmering and reflecting every different kind of daylight for viewers on Manhattan. Packed with amenities like 24-hour doorman service, bike storage, and of course state-of-the-art facilities, 10 Jay will become Brooklyn’s ultimate place to conduct business.
