This historic landmark of NYC has been operating as one of the main ferries of the city since 1956. Its essential renovation was run with extreme diligence and excellence by members of our team. MJM is working with Cipriani to convert the existing space into a banquet-hall/hotel/restaurant. The estimated completion date is October 2020.
