MJM in collaboration with one of our associate companies, built the gorgeous Renaissance New York Midtown Hotel on 35th Street in Manhattan. Home to several well-known restaurants as well as three separate bars, this opulent hotel is located right in the middle of all the action just around the corner from Penn Station. The finished product is a 40 story luxury hotel offering New York’s visitors an uncompromising level of comfort and quality during their stay. MJM’s leadership, craftsmanship and attention to detail is what brought this vision to reality, and our ability to work side-by-side with other companies is what made this project a success.
